The project is conceived as a calm Mediterranean residence where outdoor living, filtered light and material restraint define the atmosphere of the house.
Casa Palmeras is conceived as a contemporary Mediterranean residence shaped around light, privacy and outdoor living. The project opens towards the landscape through generous terraces, shaded thresholds and a sequence of calm exterior rooms that extend the domestic space beyond the interior.
White volumes, warm stone and precise openings create a quiet architectural language, balancing clarity with atmosphere. The house is designed to feel open and luminous while preserving a sense of intimacy, using vegetation, changes in level and material transitions to soften the relationship between architecture and site.
